Cecil and Barbara Brown are the proud owners of Blazing Horizon Cottages, Brown's Restaurant and C. Brown Enterprises Ltd. "Cec & Barb" have been in business for over 20 years.  Blazing Horizon Cottages opened in 2006 and is their newest business venture. As restaurant owners they meet many people from all over the world and tourists have often said that their waterfront property would be the perfect place for a new resort. They're finally doing it!

Cecil and Barbara are true ambassadors of Newfoundland and have made many friends through their business involvement in the tourism industry. They enjoy keeping in touch with those they meet through email and snail mail. Most of all they love to share their love of Newfoundland with everyone they meet.
