Reservation and Cancellation Policy
NOTE: We do not want your deposit, we do however want your business. Deposits protect our business against permanent loss of potential revenue due to cancellations and protect the guests that they do in fact have the room they requested when they arrive.
Check-in/Check-out and Length of Stay Policy
Check-in from 2 p.m. onward and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. $50 charge will be applied for late check-out. We can offer flexibility during upon request and waive this fee if approved in advance.
Weekly rates can begin and end on all days except Saturday.
Weekends refer to Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 2-Night minimum on weekends and 3-Night minimum on holiday weekends unless otherwise advertised or available.
Upon check-out bag all trash, leave kitchen clean including dishes, remove any purchased food from the refrigerator, and leave remotes where you found them. Also insure that lights, heat and countertop appliances are turned off.
Damage and Theft Policy
All accommodations are smoke-free and pet-free. NO EXCEPTIONS. If it is determined that these rules have been broken a $100 cleaning fee will be charged.
A complete inventory of cottage contents is recorded after every stay. This list is posted in the cottages and guests are to notify management upon arrival should any item(s) be missing. Any items missing or damaged due to obvious neglect or disregard will be replaced or fixed at the customers expense using the credit card provided.
Daily towel exchange and garbage removal. Personal laundry service is available at a cost of $5 per load.
Cottages are completely sanitized and cleaned for new guests. For stays longer than 7 days, sanitizing and complete bedding change will occur after every 7 days unless otherwise requested.
